Kokeshi Dolls

My students made these Kokeshi Doll Treat Holders from the Dandelion Designs stamps and pattern. Enlarged the pattern, water colored the kimono and glued on washi paper.   Sweet!

Used the Memory Box Honeysuckle Vine. Tip: Use the Metal Plate Adaptor with the Honeysuckle Vine. Found on All Natural Accents.

From the Poppy Stamps used the Gentle Leaf die.

Been wanting to use this die from the Cottage Cutz 4 X 4 Envelope. Then I embossed the small envelope with the Spellbinders M-Bossabilities Asian.  Both items found on All Natural Accents.

Chinese New Year 2013 Part 1

Chinese New Year 2013 begins tomorrow.
Year of the Water Snake
We will be using the Sister Stamps Snake.
Posting 2 cards tonight and 3 tomorrow.

People born in the year of the Snake (2013, 2001, 1989, 1977, 1965, 1953, 1941…)
are charming, intelligent and kind.

First card is from Wilma N.     She included the bamboo from All Natural Accents.

Next is Sandy H.    

She made the firecrackers with the quilling method.   OMG!

Sandy also made the lantern and punched out the cherry blossoms.

Made some easy and fast Valentines treats for my co-workers.
Used Spellbinders Labels Nine then fold the label in half.

I used assorted Dove candies.
My DH liked the Milk Chocolate &. Strawberry Creme Swirl the best.
