I saw this card on You Tube Craftyme83.
It is a mix of an easel card and regular card.
Was not complicated at all.
Used CC Designs Birthday Lucy.
To make the balloons, I used Memory Box Cosenza Tree Border Background.
This die is actually trees. Used the Wink of Stella Clear on the balloons.
Used a doily that I found at the cooking store and inked up.
On the inside of the card, Laser cut by Island Scrapbooking.

I spy enamel dots, dollar for a bag of 10.

What a neat idea to use the Cosenza Tree Border Background die as balloons. So glad I have that die. Went perfectly with the Lucy image.
