Panel Divider Card

Saw this Panel Divider Card on You Tube by France Martin.
Used this Stampin Up Punch called Decorative Label for the bottom part.

For the top, I used a Martha Stewart punch.

The card can be mailed flat.

The images, I used the new Sister Stamps: Anuhea, Ekahi & Leilani.
The decorations are from the new Dandelion Designs Stamps: Sandcastles, Summer Fun, Palm Tree & Hello Sunshine.

Here is the card standing up.
