Gate Fold Card

Here is a Gate Fold Card using the CC Designs Meoples Night of Fright Stamp set.

My friend Sandy made these enamel dots from Perler Beads and sent me some. I used the purple and green ones on the flags. Thanks Sandy…so cute!

Taking a peek inside.

Inside, I used a Jack-o Lantern die that was given to me by Michele from Island Scrapbooking. Place the die on the orange paper and back it with black or any color you choose. Laser cut Happy Halloween from Island Scrapbooking. Check out her blog.

To make the gate fold card
Cut a 8 1/2 x 11″ in half at 5 1/2″
Score at 2 1/8 on both ends.
Decorate
I’ve made a Nurse Card Gate Fold Card that was a little different to close the card but similar idea. Check You Tube or Pinterest for ideas.

Hello Kitty Nail Art

My friend’s daughter is wearing the Hello Kitty Nail Art from Ross.
Today was picture taking so she wanted to wear them.
Very cute…..for Halloween!

Today the ladies made two cards.
The first was a cute thanks card.
The cats paws are popped up.
Just some simple coloring with color pencils on the cat.
Very easy card to put together.

The second card is a Sympathy card.
Just used scraps.
Very super fast to put together.

Mummy

Seems like I hadn’t made a card in awhile.
Here is a Halloween card.

Used the CC Designs Mummy Monkey Rubber Stamps.

Used a bunch of Memory Box dies.
Debutante Frame and Orchard Tree Frame.

Perfect Pumpkins and A Bunch of Bats.

Wood stamp from Dandelion Designs.

Brushed on the Clear Wink of Stella….love it to the mummy and the black flowers.

Homemade enamel dots…selling $1 a bag of 10.

Patches

Bought these little zippered pouches from Ben Franklin.
Comes in various sizes and colors.
Used Hello Kitty iron on patches also from Ben Franklin.
Very easy. Cute!

HOLD UP…..unzipped the pouch and the inside is sealed.
I’m prying it open leaving a white stuff inside the pouch.

One of the pouches is sealed on the bottom. I’m trying to pry it loose.
I think this pouch is not meant for heating. The iron on patch adhesive went right through the pouch but the corners are also sealed .

Not so easy. Inside of the pouch looks awful. Looks like a waxy film.
Was giving one to BFF Carol. It looks UGH!
Won’t be making anymore with this pouch.

Envelopes

Used the craft paper pad by Recollections to make envelopes.
Cut the paper 8×8.

Using the scraps to make a calendars.

Took out my envelope punch board.

Paper pads

My co-worker Sharon found this 12×12 paper pad at Ross for $6.99, 49 sheets.
This is the Recollections Love Letters.
What I like about this paper pad is the back side, which is craft paper.
Great for making envelopes.
