One strip of paper and three strips of washi tape in Christmas colors.
Merry Christmas laser cuts from Island Scrapbooking.
Second card was a single layer card using a Stampin Up Ornament punch.
Draw the string with black pen.
Sentiment is also from Stampin Up and the two punches.
Third card is the same as the second card but used green paper ornaments.
The inside added a pocket for a gift card, money, photo, tea bag,…..
Cricut meeting
Today Grace started off with a cute gingerbread house.
Inside is a box of cake mix. Great for gift giving for your baker friends and family.
Grace use Sweet Shop and Christmas cheers Cricut cartridges.
Next are two cards from Karen and Susan.
They use Winter Frolic cartridge.
Great projects today.
We will not be meeting in December.
See you in the New Year.
Cocoa Boxes
Bought a set of 5 different cocoa boxes.
I made 5 cards using the boxes of cocoa.
Added the middle Merry Christmas stamp onto red cardstock.
Fussy cut out the images.
5 fast cards.
Have a great weekend!
Mako, Blanche & friends
Two classes today with Mako, Blanche & friends.
Blanche’s husband George also joined us today.
He did a terrific job making three cards.
Started with a simple card.
Great for using your scraps.
Next was another easy snowman card.
Lastly was another snowman card.
The snowman was dry embossed then sanded so the white of the paper popped out.
All around fun day.
Everyone did a great job on their cards.
See you next week!
Reindeer
Working on Reindeers using the Stampin’ Up Owl punch.
Other circle punches for the eyes.
On the red nose is the Wink of Stella Red.
For the antlers, I used a snowflake from Elizabeth Craft dies.
The biggest snowflake worked best on the reindeer.
Each snow flake makes three sets of antlers.
Happy Meal
Made this easel calendar card using a Hello Kitty from a Happy Meal Box.
I fussy cut Hello Kitty.
Super easy.
Thanks Big Dennis for the Happy Meal Boxes.
I gotta make one more.
Help……
Been trying to use a stamp and die set.
What is the trick to getting the image centered.
I saw on You Tube, die cut first then stamp.
Tried it and it does not work for me so tried stamping first then die cut.
Here is what it looked like…ugh!
I worked on it and I manage to get three centered.
Took a lot of time getting it just right, tape it down.
Hard when I have to make 20 kits.
Help….
