Sandy made a Celebrate and Happy Birthday in the card. CC Designs Pinwheel Birgitta Rubber Stamp. Sandy colored the beautiful card.

Sandy used the shine 3D Lacquer by Sakura on the colored stamp girl.  On the hair, dress, shoes, pinwheel and “Celebrate” word shines.  Sandy is excellent with the 3D Lacquer!!!
