The wedding was at Hulihe’e Palace.
We got to tour the museum. Had to take off our shoes.
Cannot touch anything or take any pictures.
Lots of Hawaiian history.
The bride was beautiful and the groom looked good, too.
Sorry no pictures to share except for the dessert.
Variety of desserts but my favorite was the awesome pineapple upside down cake.

My co-worker Eri went home in the summer and brought back some Hello Kitty gifts and other things for me.
She put everything in this cute tote bag. My favorite color RED.

Out and About
Went to a fabulous all you can eat lunch at a Federal Way Japanese restaurant that was very reasonable in price. In the same area was Michaels. No penny items but a few bargains.
Then we went to the Emerald Queen Casino. Made a donation to the casino.
Clams
Bought boots the other day at Walmart and gloves from Harbor Court.
Used some gardening tools and shovels.
Next, find the spot.
Found a place near Purdy.
Limit is 40 clams per person. There were 6 of us. We got 240 clams in 15 minutes.
You just dig a little and gather them up.
Hardest part was hiking up and down to the beach since parking is limited.
Here is some of the clams.
What’s for dinner?
Here’s the place we are staying at.
The owners want to sell this beautiful home and move back to Hawaii.
Happy Fourth of July!
Fireworks
Chillin’
Just chillin’ today, doing laundry, cleaning, packing and just hanging out
till we head over to Gig Harbor. My sister-in-law does NOT have a TV.
BFF Carol, I’ve finished the book you gave me to read on the plane.
I’ll need to buy another book. Good thing I have my I-pad.
Hopefully in Gig Harbor I’ll be able to log on. The reception is not so good
over there. The cell phone does not always connect.
I’ll be back…
We’re in Gig Harbor.
Went down to the lake and found some stones.
Bringing them back for a friend to make jewelry.
Michaels Again
Went to another Michaels in Tukwila.
This was a nice Michaels and the cashier was so nice.
Got some good bargains.
No penny items at this location.
Was headed up to the airport to mail all the stuff I bought so far but…
The car stalled and needed to be towed.
While we were waiting for the tow, went to check out a Chinese restaurant.
It was called the Mayflower of China.
Most of the workers were Non-Asian…thought it was funny
On the menu was hamburgers and fries, clubhouse sandwiches, desserts…
I ordered Chinese food.
I had to wait for my order so the owner gave me $9 coupons for next time.
Giving them to my sister-in-law.
The tow guy, Cergi was so friendly.
He was from Ukraine.
He visited Oahu three times and the Big Island once.
He can’t wait to return.
Went to Trader Joes in Olympia.
Bought some drinks for the 4th of July.
Going to Gig Harbor tomorrow and staying till Saturday.
This morning was in the 50s but then it got up to the 90s….ugh
Got the fan blowing on me.
Have a good night!
Lucky Eagles Casino
Staying In Olympia with my Sister-in-law for several days.
She’s driving us around today.
Went to brunch at the Lucky Eagle Casino.
Since my birthday was in June, I get a free brunch once for the month of June.
Brunch was all you can eat, YUMMY!
Here is the lucky salmon stone in front of the casino.
In the restroom, on the toilet are seat covers that automatically changes.
Very interesting.
Next stop was at Michaels to look for penny items.
Look on YouTube for penny items found at Michaels.
The items are not priced at a penny or zero cents but when scanned it will price at a penny or zero.
I’ve been watching many YouTube vids. Hope I find some.
First stop is Michaels in Chehalis.
I found many items that were on the vids but was not priced at a penny or less….hmmm
I bought them anyways because they were so cheap.
Go on the website and print out the coupons.
Next stop was at Michaels in Lacey.
Got one penny item.
This is a chipboard sticker for a penny.
Bought lots of blue tagged item but didn’t ring up a penny but was under a dollar.
